Read the great book: The People vs Muhammad by J.K. Sheindlin. It is very carefully researched using the Hadith and other writings of the time. You will realise that poor Muhammad was suffering from Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and Schizophrenia. He hated Women, public hair, farting and garlic!
